   Your request will be processed within 2 working days (48 hours); this period may be extended by weekends and public holidays valid in the Czech Republic.

Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods (or the last item, partial delivery, or part if the order concerns multiple items or partial deliveries).

2. Where can you assert your rights?
   If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please inform us through your user account.
   You can also contact us via email shop@pelek.eu or by phone +420 774 242 766.
   Withdrawal can be made by any unambiguous statement (e.g., by email).
   You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

   The return label is usually available in your user account at pelek.eu.
   If the label was not provided, send the goods to the address:

4. Timely withdrawal.
   To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before it expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the purchase contract

1. What happens if you withdraw from the contract?
   In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred because you chose a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard method offered by us), without unnecessary delay, no later than 14 days from the day we received the notice of withdrawal.

2. Refund.
   We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
   No fees will be charged for the refund.
   We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you prove to us that you have sent the goods – whichever occurs first.

3. Obligation to return the goods.
   You must return or hand over the goods without unnecessary delay, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
   The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires.

4. Costs of returning the goods.
   The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
   If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 Kč excluding shipping (from 990.01 Kč upwards), we will cover the return costs.
   If the nature of the product makes regular postal dispatch impossible, you bear the costs yourself.

5. Reduction in product value.
   In the case of withdrawal, you are responsible for the reduction in value of the returned goods that occurred as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than necessary to ascertain their nature, properties, and functionality.
   If you return damaged or incomplete goods, we reserve the right to compensation corresponding to the reduction in value, which we will deduct from the refunded amount.
   Each case is assessed individually and you will be informed of the outcome by email.

6. Situations in which withdrawal from the contract is not possible.
   These cases are described in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
