Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes delivery of the goods (or the last item, partial delivery, or part, if the order concerns multiple items or partial deliveries).

Withdrawal can be made by any unequivocal statement (e.g., by e-mail).
You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory. -

The return label is usually available in your user account on pelek.eu.
If no label was provided, send the goods to the following address:

Timely withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the deadline expires. -

Consequences of withdrawing from the purchase contract

What happens if you withdraw from the contract?
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of the withdrawal (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us). -
Refund of payment.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may postpone the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have dispatched the goods, whichever occurs first. -
Obligation to return the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before it expires. -
Costs of returning the goods.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK excluding postage (from CZK 990.01 upwards), we will cover the return costs.
If the nature of the product makes ordinary postal shipment impossible, you must pay the costs yourself. -
Reduction in the product’s value.
In the event of withdrawal, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
If you return damaged or incomplete goods, we reserve the right to compensation for the resulting damage, corresponding to the reduction in value, which we will deduct from the refunded amount.
We assess each case individually and will inform you of the outcome by email. -
Situations in which you cannot withdraw from the contract.
