Phase protective relays are designed to protect three-phase electric motors from faults in the network associated with phase sequence disturbance, voltage asymmetry, exceeding or by reducing the permissible voltage level.

Over-voltage: 400 V–480 V AC (adjustable)

Regulation phase switching

General operating principles:

For normal state:

When all phases are within acceptable values and their sequence is correct, the relay activates and the OUT LED lights up.

Error high voltage (H):

If the voltage on one or more phases exceeds the set value, the device waits for the set waiting time for an error (Err In), then it will be displayed on the screen "H", the relay turns off and the OUT LED does not light up.

When all voltages drop by 5 V below the set limit, the device waits for a duration recovery (Err OUT), then the relay activates and the OUT LED lights up.

Error low voltage (L):

If the voltage on one or more phases drops below the set value, the device waits on Err In, then L will be displayed, the relay will turn off and OUT will light.

When if the voltage rises by 5 V above the threshold value, the device waits for Err OUT, then the relay will activate.

Error phase asymmetry (Asy):

If if the voltage difference between phases exceeds the set value, the device waits for Err In, then "ASy" will be displayed, the relay will turn off.

When asymmetry will reduce the set threshold value by 2%, the device waits for Err OUT, then the relay will activate.

Error phase sequence (pHs):

If if the phase connection order is interrupted, the device waits for Err In, then displays "phs", the relay disconnects from the power supply. After restoring the correct sequence, the device waits on Err OUT, after which the relay will activate.
