  3. Processing time for your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended by days of rest and public holidays that are common in the Czech Republic).

Right of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (or the last product, partial shipment, or last piece in the case of a purchase agreement for multiple pieces of goods from one order, or delivery of the product in multiple partial shipments or pieces).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase agreement, please inform us via your user account. Alternatively, contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or at the phone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase agreement can be made by any clear statement (e.g., by email). For this purpose, you can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. A return label is usually available in the user account on pelek.eu.   4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the purchase agreement, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period from the purchase agreement.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase agreement? In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, we will return all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the most advantageous standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
  2. Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of this period.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK excluding postage (i.e., from 990.01 CZK), we will cover the direct costs of return shipping. The direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by regular postal means due to their nature are borne by you.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned goods or goods sent back that occurred as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and properties of the goods. If we receive damaged or incomplete goods, we will offset our claim for damages against the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of damage, devaluation of the goods, and determine the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the provided email address.
  6. Inability to withdraw from the purchase agreement. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
