Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods (or the last item, partial delivery, or part thereof if the order concerns multiple items or partial deliveries).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory. -

Timely withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the deadline expires. -

Consequences of withdrawing from the purchase contract

What happens if you withdraw from the contract?
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of the withdrawal (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). -
Refund of payment.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods, whichever occurs first. -
Obligation to return the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. -
Costs of returning the goods.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 Kč excluding postage (990.01 Kč or more), we will bear the return costs.
If the nature of the product makes ordinary postal shipment impossible, you must pay the costs yourself. -
Decrease in the product’s value.
In the event of withdrawal, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If you return damaged or incomplete goods, we reserve the right to compensation for the resulting damage corresponding to the decrease in value, which we will deduct from the refunded amount.
We assess each case individually and will inform you of the outcome by email. -
