This the regulator is designed to protect submersible pumps in boreholes from various potential problems that may occur during operation, such as voltage and current surges, lack of water in the borehole or well, and overload the pump. The built-in functions also allow you to monitor the filling level the reservoir, set time delays for emergencies, and regulate surge currents.

Principle the operation of the regulator.

Before please read the section "Important!" before connecting the device. Connect the sensors and current transformer to the device according to the wiring diagram (Fig. 1) and then connect the power supply. Check that the factory-set parameters match operating parameters of your pump. If necessary, they can be changed the following parameters:

(P1) – maximum permissible voltage value

(P2) – maximum allowable current value

(P3) – minimum allowable voltage value

(P4) – minimum allowable current value

(P5) – response delay to a fault

(P6) – automatic reset duration after a current fault

(P7) – current coefficient (multiplier) for the start interval

(P8) – start interval duration

(P9) – number of automatic current fault resets after which the device will switch to emergency mode and requires operator intervention

(P10) – response delay of the upper sensor (longer delay – the pump will turn on less frequently – extends the lifespan of the pump)

After upon first connection to the device's power supply, it waits for 4 seconds, then analyzes the parameters the network and their compliance with the entered parameters and analyzes whether there is water in the well water. It checks whether there is enough space in the well in the storage tank and whether the controller is in "START" mode (the lower green indicator is lit) (lit), will close the control contacts and the upper green indicator will light up "pump." The display will show the current voltage values and current.

Mode "START": To enter this mode, press the START button.

Mode "STOP": To enter this mode, press the STOP button. In this the device mode does not perform any regulation and will not start the pump.

Settings parameters:

Press the MENU button to enter the parameter settings menu. You will be redirected to the first page of parameters (P1). The upper display shows the parameter number and the lower display shows the value of this parameter. You can to change by pressing the UP and DOWN buttons. Then press the MENU button to saving the selected value or RESET to exit the menu. Remember that pressing the RESET button, the parameter value displayed on the screen will not be saved, but changes to previous parameters will be saved. If no button is pressed after after 50 seconds, the device will exit the menu without saving the displayed parameter value on the display.

Important!!! Please read this section before connecting the device:

- The control unit of the submersible pump must be connected according to the wiring diagram. as stated in the product data sheet.

- Ensure that the liquid the pump is to pump is not flammable or explosive.

- If if a system with two level sensors is used, the inputs must be connected of the upper and middle sensor.

- The temperature at the installation site of the controller must be above 0 °C.

- Never do not connect voltage to the inputs of the controller for connecting the float switch.

- Ensure that the pump body is grounded; otherwise, damage may occur. of the pump controller.
